Neodur® Metalforce is a special water-based rust converter. It is suitable for converting and stabilizing rust to healthy metal. It can be applied on rusty metal surfaces, that cannot be treated mechanically. It reacts with rust, forming a very stable protecting layer, preventing new rust from developing.

Properties

It is easy to apply and converts the rusty surface to a healthy one, forming a very durable black layer with excellent adhesion on iron, cast iron and steel. It prevents the development of new rust by enhancing the surface. Suitable for industrial applications, metallic constructions, shipbuilding repairs and generally wherever it is necessary to stop the spread of oxidation, when it is impossible to remove rust totally by mechanical means and sandblasting.
